The turbine has upper wing (4) having a cavity into which a turbine rotor is extended with minimum gap. The upper wing has an asymmetrical profile and turbine rotor has convex profile. The cavity of the upper wing is 50% of diameter of the turbine rotor. The turbine rotor is provided with circular walls (9) between which blades (2) and rotational shaft (5) are secured. The blades of turbine rotor are in the form of asymmetrical wings whose convex profile is directed towards the rotational direction of turbine rotor. The blades are provided at the circumference of turbine rotor.
