The damper (2) has elastic elements which are fastened on a support (6) by a bolt (3) and a securing unit (4). A stage is formed at an outer periphery of one elastic element. The stage is formed of smaller cross-section which is corresponded to an associated aperture in the support. The small cross-section portion of stage is longer than the thickness of the support. A bore is inserted into an end face of other elastic element, whose cross-section is corresponded to the aperture. The damper is made of rubber and resilient plastic.
