The base has an extruded or pressed plate (5) made of a mixture of natural fibers and a polymer material. The proportion of natural fibers of the extruded plate is in the range between 50% to 85%. The extruded plate has a reinforcing element (6) made of steel, which is adhesively bonded with the plate or is inserted into the plate.
