PURPOSE: A structure for fixing the base of a post and a structure for bonding a post and a basic plate using the same are provided to effectively reinforce punching shear with economic effect since there is no need for an expensive steel base plate.;CONSTITUTION: A structure(10) for fixing the base of a post comprises a PSC body(11), and a rebar assembly(12). The PSC body is buried at a basic plate so that the upper part of the PSC body is exposed. A post is installed on the top of the PSC body.
