The seat valve (1) has a sealing element (4) that is arranged in closed position to close a sealing seat (3). The sealing element and sealing seat are provided with an elastomer material. A movable armature (7) is cooperated with sealing element. The armature is moved against mechanical load by electrical energizing of coil (11) into a position at which sealing element is in closed position. A permanent magnet (20) is held in closed position by magnetic forces, even when sealing element is arranged in closed position without electrical energizing of coil. An independent claim is included for a valve arrangement.
