The mold tool (1) has a nonstick layer (3) on the surface. The non-stick layer has an anti-adhesive material (4) that forms a matrix and embedded reinforcing fibers (6). The non-stick layer has a surface-macrostructure on the side of the mold surface. The reinforcing fibers are made of metal, and the matrix-forming anti-adhesive material has silicon-based sol gel. The matrix-forming anti-adhesive material is form from the group of fluoropolymers, particularly from the highly heated polytetrafluoroethylene.
