The device (1) has a housing (3) comprising an inner space (9), and a pot-shaped valve element (15) axially displaceably arranged in the inner space. The valve element is pushed against a wall (11) for closing a fluid channel (8) by a spring element (19) i.e. helical spring (20), with an open end. The fluid channel opens from the wall to the inner space. An inner side of the valve element holds a displaceable closing element (25). The closing element is attached to an aperture (24) in a bottom part (21) of the valve element for forming a non-return valve (25').
