The lamp (10) has a reflector (12) designed as a paraboloid, and a light source partially arranged in the reflector, where light emitted by the light source is radiated in a radiation direction (A). An electrical contacting unit is coupled with the reflector and the light source. A cooling body (18) is partially arranged on a side of the reflector. The cooling body is thermally coupled with the contacting unit and designed for dissipating heat from the light source. The cooling body has a ring-shaped section, and a continuous recess (15) is formed in the reflector.
