The method involves defining imaging directions (29,31) based on the volume of organs (19,20) such as lung and heart of patient. The to-be-treated tissue such as tumor tissue is encircled with imaging devices (23,25) for fluoroscopic imaging. The imaging device is activated when the imaging device is in predetermined imaging direction. An independent claim is included for radiation therapy apparatus.
