The power plant has rotor blades rotatably supported at a rotor assembly (1). An air guiding element (3) has an outer inlet region (4) and a transfer area (5) in conical design. The transfer area is defined by an outer side on an area, which is formed by circulating radial ends of the rotor blades. The transfer area is coupled with a coupling element, which is arranged in a torque-proof manner with respect to a rotor axis of the rotor assembly. The air guiding element is designed as an elastic pipe that has supporting rings provided with bamboo rods or aluminum pipes.
