The pump has a cam shaft (1) rotatably supported on a pump casing, where the cam shaft is cooperated with a pump piston (7) over a roller shaft (2). The pump piston is translationally moved up and down in a pump cylinder (8). A device i.e. pneumatic spring, is arranged in a plunger space (9). The pump piston is pre-tensioned against the roller shaft and against the cam shaft by the pneumatic spring. The pneumatic spring comprises an air pump that is arranged outside the pump and is connected with the plunger space of the pump over a line (10). The air pump is designed as a vehicle compressed air supply circuit device.
