The device has an electric motor (1) provided with a driving element (2). The driving element is rotated with respect to operation of electric motor about a motor axis (MX). A spindle device (3) is provided with spindle axis (SX). A nut (5) is rotatably mounted in spindle element (4) of spindle device. The switching rocker device (6) is coupled with nut such the switching position is changed corresponding to position of nut on spindle element. The electric motor and spindle element are arranged such that motor axis and spindle axis are aligned with each other transversely.
