The method involves determining a loop impedance of electric circuit comprising protective earth between loading device (13) and power supply system (16). The loading device is coupled with power supply system through conductor, neutral conductor and protective conductor. The loading device is decoupled from the power supply system by comparing determined loop impedance with predetermined impedance threshold value. An independent claim is included for loading device.
