The plant has a funnel opening (1), a weather-proof outer enclosure (2) and wind turbines, where the plant is exposed to a wind flow. The plant is compatibly fitted in a surrounding landscape. A structure made of steel, reinforced concrete or wood is used for a body shell of a structure. Different linings, layouts and roof forms are used for designing the enclosure. Different functions, different structures and different variables are used for designing the turbines. The enclosure strengthens wind force from entry into the opening till discharge from a retaining surface (3) of the turbines.
