The system has floors arranged at inner and outer columns and attached to a turning console (5). The console is provided with right and left hanging regions (6, 7). An upper side (8) of the console includes three openings (8.1-8.3), a retaining region (8.4) and a support (8.5). A lower side (9) of the console includes other two openings (9.1, 9.2), another retaining region (9.3), stepping levels (9.4, 9.5) and a projection (9.6). The console is arranged at the inner column with the left hanging region and at the outer column with the right hanging region in a horizontal position.
