The cosmetic file has a printing medium with friction surface, which is formed of plywood, timber, wood, sticking splinter or plastics. The friction surface of printing medium is formed with synthetic resin laminate dry film formed of melamine or phenol, and natural resin laminate dry film. The friction surface is formed of special screen-like embossed friction surface structure. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing cosmetic file.
