The clamping device (1) has a receiving bore (3) for receiving an insert nipple (2) which is attached at the to-be clamped component. A clamping slide (8) is slidable transverse to the receiving bore between a locking position and an unlocking position. The clamping slide locks the insert nipple in the receiving bore in a form-fit manner in the locking position. The insert nipple moves the clamping slide from the locking position into the unlocking position independently and without an additional drive for the clamping slide by insertion in the receiving bore. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a robot with a robot axes; and (2) an insert nipple with a cavity.
