The limiter has a conductor inducing voltage in another conductor, where alternating-current (AC) flows through the former conductor. The conductors are non-electrically closed, where ends of the conductors are joined with each other and connected with an isolator such that the conductors are supplied with a defined breakdown voltage. Transmission of energy and power from the conductors and vice versa is carried-out in air, a fluid, a solid material and in vacuum by electrical, magnetic and electromagnetic inductions.
