The block (1) has a holding element provided in a connection region (3) to reduce movement of the block relative to a cross beam (2) along extending direction of the cross beam, which is partially surrounded by the block. The holding element comprises a groove profile that is formed in the connection region. The profile comprises a recess and/or a ridge in the extending direction of the cross beam to produce holding force between the block and the cross beam. The profile is partially formed in a deformable portion of the holding element.
