The front axle (12) and rear axle (13) of the motor vehicle drive train (11) are positively interconnected by a closure clutch (10) in one of operating modes. The clutch torque on closure clutch is estimated. The closure clutch is positively disengaged in a normal operation, only if an estimated torque is below a limit value based on a steering angle signal. An independent claim is included for motor car device.
