A rail is formed on each frame element for displacement of the fastening elements, where the rail includes a groove extending in a longitudinal direction of the frame elements. Each frame element includes one or more recesses for receiving respective end portions of the fastening elements, where the bracing element is one of a wire, a rope, a cord, a fiber chain, or a rod.
