The trailer has two running wheels (2, 3) parallel spaced on an axle line and arranged at a support frame (1). The support frame is formed from two spaced arranged longitudinal beams (4) and cross beams (6, 7) connected to the longitudinal beams at ends. The support frame comprises support tubes (8, 9) for placing a wheelchair frame (10) provided with foot struts (11, 12), parallel to the longitudinal beams. Front and rear retention devices are provided for releasable fastening of ends of the foot struts and arranged in end regions of the support tubes in a driving direction.
