The arrangement has a holder formed by a mounting portion and a retaining portion for fastening a line section at the holder. An acoustic active material comprises a through hole i.e. recess, which is formed from the holder such that a mounting portion of the holder on a side of the acoustic active material is preferably set between a surface structure of a vehicle (1) and the acoustic active material. The retaining portion of the holder is arranged on another side of the acoustic active material. The acoustic active material is formed by a sound insulating unit in form of a heavy layer mat. The mounting portion of the holder is designed as a holder foot. An independent claim is also included for a method for position fixing a line section at a surface structure of a vehicle.
