The arm is mounted on a cover part (10) by the attachment portion. The arm is movable in multiple locking positions by hand around a rotating axis (108). The arm is rotatable around 360 degrees in mounted state. A locking mechanism is provided, which holds the arm in locking position. The locking mechanism has two coactive barrier structures which are pre-tensioned against each other. The pre-tensioning takes place by a spring.
