Preparing fiber-reinforced composite component by pultrusion, comprises (a) applying a matrix material on a semifinished fiber article, (b) cutting the fiber semifinished article into sections, (c) arranging the fiber semifinished article sections in a molding tool and closing the molding tool, (d) introducing at least one tubular element into the semifinished fiber article sections arranged in the molding tool, (e) supplying a fluid into the tubular element and expanding the tubular element, (f) heating the molding tool to a defined temperature, and cooling the molding tool and demolding. Preparing fiber-reinforced composite component by adopting pultrusion process, during which a semifinished fiber article is formed, which is promoted through a conveyor in the form of a continuous impregnated fiber mesh or fibrous knits from continuous fibers, comprises (a) applying a matrix material on the semifinished fiber article, (b) cutting the fiber semifinished article into sections, (c) arranging the fiber semifinished article sections in a molding tool and closing the molding tool, (d) introducing at least one tubular element into the semifinished fiber article sections arranged in the molding tool, (e) supplying a fluid into the tubular element and expanding the tubular element, (f) heating the molding tool to a defined temperature, and (g) cooling the molding tool, demolding and removing the fiber-reinforced composite component.
