The apparatus (1) has a housing (2) operatively connected with a power generator and partially surrounding a pivot axle (6). A propeller is provided with multiple air blades (51) and fixed on the pivot axle within the housing. An end of an air feed tube (3) connected to a pressure applying unit of the air blades is projected into an aperture in the housing. Another end of the air feed tube comprises an air inlet (31) that is directed in a main traveling direction of the vehicle. A magnetic-drive amplifier is coupled to the pivot axle.
