The device has generation units generating electricity from energy of a set of turbojet engines (4d, 4g). Mutulization units mutulize constant speed variable frequency electric generators (23d, 23g) while returning each mutulized electricity generator supplied with the energy of the engines. Transport units comprise bleeding units i.e. air inlets, for carrying out bleeding of pressurized air on the engines. Conversion units include variable setting stator type air turbines and the electric generators for converting pneumatic energy of the pressurized air into mechanical energy.
