The cooling device (10) has two pipelines (12,14), where compressed air is guided by an automatic change-over switch in the summer operating position by the former pipeline or in winter operating position by latter pipeline. The latter pipeline is arranged coaxially in former pipeline. The change-over switch is designed such that it directs the compressed air in the former pipeline, when air inlet temperature (Tt) in an air dryer (80) is provided above 0 degree Celsius, and it guides the compressed air in the latter pipeline, when the air inlet temperature is provided below 0 degree Celsius.
