The hydromechanical gear has a hydraulic motor (1) of a hydrostatic stepless gear, where the hydraulic motor is driven by a hydraulic pump. A step manual gear (11) is mechanically connected to a drive shaft of the hydraulic motor. The step manual gear is switched by a transmission switching unit. The step manual gear is formed as composite planetary gear with which engine idling and three driving motions are switchable.
