The ballistic fusion reactor is provided with inertial electrostatic confinement for producing neutrons by central flying of light atomic nuclei within an electrostatic field-free space within a negative electrode. The negative electrode is charged against an outer wall. The surfaces of the field potential are smoothed at the surface of a laminar electrode in an intermediate space for outer wall. A lamella (6,7) of the electrode is equipped with electrically isolated sections, where hydrogen or isotopes deuterium or tritium are utilized within the reactor.
