The arrangement has an electrically operated pane heater (8) i.e. planar heater, fastened at a front pane (2). The pane heater is connected with an onboard power supply system (10) of a vehicle by a connection line (9), and supplied with an electrical voltage. A humidity sensor unit (18), a rain sensor unit (18') and a temperature sensor unit (18'') detect data relevant for heating the pane and/or a heating power. The sensor units are integrally designed with the connection line. The connection line is formed by a flexible printed circuit board unit or a flat conductor unit.
