The solar module (1) has a holding element (11) formed from spring steel wire, which presses the assembly of cooling structure (8) and heat insulating material (10) to the photovoltaic layer (6), and comprises bent end portions (16) which are supported at the two opposite primary frame portions (3). The secondary frame sections (4) are extended towards the photovoltaic layer such that the central region (12) of holding element exerts a force towards photovoltaic layer, and the assembly of cooling structure and heat insulating material is pressed against photovoltaic layer.
