The cascade heater has a working fluid receiver (1) connected with afterburner (2). The to-be-heated working fluid (6) is passed into the afterburner, after passing the working fluid into the working fluid receiver. The hot gas portions are cooled depending upon demand by surface vaporization process. The condensate (7) obtained during cooling process of hot gas portions is mixed with work fluid.
