The system has a device for checking message delivery authority, and a blocking device prevents delivery of an electronic message, for which the delivery authority is not present. A vending machine is used for acquisition of the delivery authority, which is limitedly valid. The delivery authority is assigned to different keys i.e. codes, identification documents and return addresses. A filter of an electronic mail box (H) is connected with the vending machine. The vending machine obtains an authority to assign electronic mail addresses determined in the filter of the electronic mail box.
