The structure (1) has a retaining projection portion (3) provided at an external periphery surface of a tubular male element (2). The tubular male element is inserted into a sleeve-shaped receiving portion (4) connected with a connecting element (5). A fuse element (8) is provided to surround the connecting element, when the tubular male element is pressed by the projection portion. The connecting element is projected to an intermediate position of the fuse element such that a halt edge (6) is bent upwards, while pressing the projection portion at male element.
