The knee joint endoprosthesis has wing whose top surface is interacted with slide surfaces of condyle casing. A neck is mounted in recess (4) of tibia portion (1). A cylinder is located in inner recess of inlay coupling pin and arranged at upper end of articulation head that is projected into intercondylar space and pivotably mounted about transversely to femur pivot axis. The support surface (5) of tibial plateau is provided with peripheral portion (7) without side wings or side board of lesser height than remaining side board (2).
