The piece has a plate (20) defined between opposite faces (21, 22). A flat part (25) of a peripheral side surface (24) connects the faces, forms an angle of value (alpha) less than 90 degrees with one of the faces, and contacts a portion of a flat resected surface (11) on an end of a bone (10). Another portion of the resected surface forms another angle of value equal to the former angle of value. An anchoring strip (30) is made of stainless biocompatible metal, bio-integrable stainless biocompatible metal and biodegradable material.
