The damper bearing has a hollow housing (10) made of aluminum or plastic, particularly polyoxymethylene or polyamide for receiving a damping element (20) and a cover (30) for fixing the damping element in the housing. The housing has a housing base (12) with a bore. The inner surface of the housing base, the inner surface of the cover or both inner surfaces comprise contours formed by elevations and depressions. The maximum height difference between the elevations and depressions of the contour is from 2 millimeter to 4 millimeter.
