The fibrous composite material component comprises three composite material layers (12, 14), where: one of the material layers comprises two different matrix materials that are partially present in absolute defined regions (15, 16); and one of the different matrix materials has an elasticity, which is larger than the elasticity of other matrix materials of the same composite material layer and the other composite material layer. A second fibrous composite material layer comprises two different matrix materials, which are partially present in the absolute defined regions. The fibrous composite material component comprises three composite material layers (12, 14), where: one of the material layers comprises two different matrix materials that are partially present in absolute defined regions (15, 16); and one of the different matrix materials has an elasticity, which is larger than the elasticity of other matrix materials of the same composite material layer and the other composite material layer. A second fibrous composite material layer comprises two different matrix materials, which are partially present in the absolute defined regions and differ according to a mechanical property. The defined regions, which are formed from the two different matrix materials, form a pattern such as a regular pattern. The fibers in fiber webs, fiber networks, fiber knitted or fiber matte, fiber fleeces consist of glass fibers, and/or kevlar (RTM: Para-aramid synthetic fiber) or carbon fibers. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a fibrous composite material component.
