The system has a round compressed air container (f) filled with compressed air at a low point in a water container (a). The compressed air container and the water container are fattened to a rotatable mobile unit (b) in same distances. A gravitational force of the water upwardly pushes the compressed air container, and displaces the mobile unit into constant rotation. The system uses a displacement principle with the help of water and air during power generation. The system is held in motion by two pressurized air cycles.
