The conductor has an inner shell (3) provided at inner and/or outer sides of a circular cross section region with a reflecting liner (5). A fixation unit (6) is arranged within an outer shell (1) and two cross-sections (2, 4) that are utilized as a transportation path for material mediums. The inner shell forms a fixation for cone-shaped elements or cylindrical elements or receives a helical element. The reflecting liner is attached to a side of the outer shell and/or inner shell, and pigment content forms the reflecting liner.
