Device for determination of measurement value of e.g. inductive and/or capacitive components, has sample-and-hold circuit adjusting voltage as measurement value proportional to ratio of inductances and/or capacitances of components
The device has a programmable controller (9) for impinging two measuring branches (4, 5) with voltage jump. A sample-and-hold circuit (15) is triggered by the controller after course of preset time interval and scans differential voltage (U-DIFF) between two measuring resistors (10, 13). The sample-and-hold circuit adjusts the differential voltage as a measurement value (U-s) proportional to a ratio between inductances and/or capacitances of inductive and/or capacitive components e.g. inductive and/or capacitive sensors (2, 3), at an output side. An independent claim is also included for a method for determination of a measurement value proportional to ratio of inductances and/or capacitances of inductive and/or capacitive components.
