The reflux flow barrier (1) has an inlet (3) for connecting jet nozzle (4), a capturing portion (5) for capturing the liquid jet through idle radiation horizontal bars (6), and an outlet (7) connected with the horizontal bars and arranged with a discharge nozzle (8). A partition wall (23) is arranged between the horizontal bars and is spaced apart by a predetermined distance from jet nozzle and capturing portion. The partition wall has a jet opening (24) which is formed such that the light cross-section of the jet opening is larger than the beam width of liquid jet.
