PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce resistance of flow by inhibiting separation of jet flow from a wall in wall jet flow and reducing disordering of flow.;SOLUTION: A vane is mounted on a position of a prescribed distance from the wall on which the wall jet flow flows in the direction crossing the flow. The mounting position of the vane is determined between a position where a speed of the flow in response to the distance from the wall becomes a maximum speed, and a position separated from the wall with respect to the position of the maximum speed, and being 1.8 times of the distance from the wall at a position where the difference between the flow speed and a speed of external uniform flow is approximately 1/2 of a value of the difference between the maximum speed and the speed of the external uniform flow.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
