The method involves adjusting a design component (1) i.e. air flowing channel, and a fastening component for forming a gap. A thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is injected into the gap until the TPE comes-out from the gap such that the overflowed TPE is formed into a sealing lip, which is utilized as a seal and an anti-chafing part during fastening the fastening-component at a motor car. Supporting ribs are arranged in the gap among the design and fastening components, where the ribs are integrally formed with the fastening component. The design and fastening components are made of plastic.
