The device has a lever (8) which produces the closing force acting on the periphery of the hose (6), by shortening the circumference of the clamping devices (31,32), defined by the measuring element (12). A display (20) is provided for presenting the correct intended mating of hose inside diameter and clutch outside diameter. The clamping force is produced by the coil spring, plate spring packets or integrated spring element. A coupling unit has a guide (5) for receiving securing hook and carbines.
