Electronic data memories are connected with the information indications and/or commercial advertisements in a physical and/or switching technical manner. The data memories are formed such that the data memories ensure mobile radio-technical transmission and storage of data of interested users. Personal data and/or Internet addresses and/or link connection are stored in the data memories. The electronic data memories are connected with passive radio frequency identification components.
