The clutch (4) has a working chamber filled with a working medium for power transmission and arranged between a primary wheel (5) and a secondary wheel (7). Parts of the primary wheel and/or the secondary wheel are formed from fiber reinforced plastic material. The fiber reinforced plastic material is arranged in a region of an external periphery of the primary wheel and/or the secondary wheel. The fiber reinforced plastic material in a type of a bandage surrounds the external periphery of the primary wheel and/or the secondary wheel. The fiber reinforced plastic material is designed as a ring. The fiber reinforced plastic material comprises carbon fibers and duroplastic or thermoplastic resin.
