The blind (12) has a roller blind web (16) i.e. bent-fabric sheet, movable between a stowed position and a use position by an electromotor. A portion of the roller blind web is wound on a roller shaft in the stowed position and unwound from the roller shaft in the use position. The roller blind web includes a thermally isolating surface element (26) for partially covering a disk i.e. windscreen (10), of a motor vehicle in the use position, where the surface element is formed as a thermal film. The roller blind web comprises an electrical heating element such as electrical heating wire. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle.
