The conditioner has a pipe element (48) comprising an inner wall (50) forming a flow channel (52) for liquid. A flow vane (56) radially extends in the flow channel from an axis (54). The flow vane is extended in an axial direction (62) to the axis between an inflow opening (64) and an outflow opening (66) of the flow channel of the pipe element. A curvature of guide surfaces (68, 68') is formed in sections on the guide surfaces of the flow vane to reduce turbulences in the liquid flowing through the flow vane in the flow channel.
